The Employment Network is an Oxfordshire based recruitment consultancy specialising in temporary and permanent recruitment within Accountancy and Finance. We take a proactive approach to headhunting by sourcing skilled candidates prior to jobs being registered, allowing us to react quickly and efficiently offering you a shortlist within 48 hours.

How are we different to other agencies?

• We have created a job board to offer businesses a free platform to post their vacancies, allowing candidates to apply directly at no cost.
• In addition to competitive fees, we offer a three-month split payment term making our recruitment service affordable for start-ups and SMEs, leaving no concerns about the rebate period with your invoice split into three separate payments.
• To tackle the record high unemployment level for the younger generation who have little to no experience and graduates who struggle to find work due to the lack of experience, we are offering our clients lowered rates to promote the hiring of junior candidates.

Our mission?

We wanted to create a platform for employers and job seekers to find one another without having to pay hefty fees. Not only does recruitment need to be more affordable, but it also needs to be more achievable.
